Cash payments

If you are a holder of e.g. CCH, Waverly, Plenum, Ovid, or Loislaw.com and wish to submit a certificate for the cash payment, this should be sent to:

The holder should not sign the back of the certificate, but should sign an accompanying letter of instruction. If the holder wishes the check to be issued to anyone other than the registered holder, the signature must be Medaillon Guaranteed by a brokerage house, commercial bank or trust company, etc. A notary will not suffice.
