Share Buy-back Program €475 million (June 2007)

On June 15, 2007, Wolters Kluwer announced the start of the share buy-back program that was communicated on March 26, 2007. Related to the divestment of its Education activities, Wolters Kluwer intended to return approximately €475 million of the net proceeds from the sale of the Education division to shareholders through this share buy-back program.
This program was completed on November 8, 2007.
