Wolters Kluwer France appoints Isabelle Bussel as Managing Director of its Enterprise business unit

Rueil-Malmaison, France (January 4, 2009) - Wolters Kluwer France, a subsidiary of Wolters Kluwer and a leading supplier of professional information products and services in France, has appointed today Isabelle Bussel as Managing Director of its Enterprise business unit.

She succeeds to Laurent Cheruy who wishes to give a new orientation to his career.

Isabelle Bussel has a wide international experience in new technologies for enterprise clients. 

She started her career within the telecom group Sita & Equant in Montreal and in Paris, then held various senior positions in sales management at Siemens UK, then at Unisys Singapore, as well as with two software companies. Since 2004, Isabelle was Managing Director of the French and Morroco subsidiaries of Sitel, a worldwide leader in call center outsourcing.

In 2005, Isabelle was elected Vice-president of the French Outsourcers’ Association (SP2C). This position allowed her to develop new initiatives in the universe of human resources and social policies. In particular, she initiated the Social Responsibility Label for the French call center industry with the French Employment Ministry.

Isabelle Bussel brings to Wolters Kluwer France her know-how and her experience in terms of management and sales development, as well as her excellent knowledge of social policies and new technologies for enterprise clients.

Isabelle Bussel is 42 years old. She graduated from ENST, a leading French University.
