Wolters Kluwer announces Antonin Faury as Vice President of Business Development and M&A for Legal & Regulatory solutions

A seasoned professional with over 17 years’ experience, Mr. Faury joins Wolters Kluwer from Henry Schein, where he served as Director of Corporate Business Development and led business expansion through a series of acquisitions and partnerships. Earlier in his career, he also held leadership positions at CA Technologies as Director of Corporate Development; at Lehman Brothers in its Investment Banking Division; and as a consultant for both Deloitte Consulting and KPMG Peat Marwick.
