The company complies with information requirements towards the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (“AFM”). Since Wolters Kluwer N.V. issued bonds that are listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, the company will notify the Luxembourg Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (“CSSF”) accordingly.
