Andres Sadler is the CEO of Global Business Services (GBS) at Wolters Kluwer, a position he has held since 2015. Andres is responsible for the overall strategy and implementation of a multitude of technology, finance, business strategy and operational excellence programs that bring value across Wolters Kluwer. During his time as CEO of GBS, GBS launched the North American Accounting Center, developed a rich Operational Excellence pipeline that delivered significant savings to Wolters Kluwer, and drove a variety of large-scale enterprise technology programs, including: migrating over 16,000 servers to the cloud, closing more than 150 data/processing centers, consolidating back-office systems into common enterprise systems, and building a cyber security program to address application security, vulnerability management, employee compliance and infrastructure improvements.
Previously, in his former role as Senior Vice President – Corporate Strategy at Wolters Kluwer, Andres was the architect of key strategic and operational improvement initiatives, and led global revenue growth and performance improvement programs, including the development of five 3-year strategy plans.
Prior to joining Wolters Kluwer, Andres was a Partner at Accenture in their Strategy and Business Architecture practice focused on Media & Entertainment in Latin America, and a Principal at Booz, Allen & Hamilton leading large scale initiatives globally in the areas of strategy, operational improvement and technology planning.
Andres has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Harvard Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor’s of Science degree, from Tufts University. Andres is based out of New York and reports to the Chairman & CEO of Wolters Kluwer, Nancy McKinstry.
