Wolters Kluwer strengthens its leadership among legal publishers in Spain and extends distance from competitors

Wolters Kluwer, a market-leading global information services company focused on professionals, has acquired the Spanish legal publisher Bosch. With this operation the multinational, which already operates under the brands LA LEY, CISS and El Consultor de los Ayuntamientos among others, reinforces its commitment to the Spanish market and consolidates its position in our country as the first provider of information, training and technological solutions for legal professionals.

Bosch is One of the Most Recognized Spanish Publishers in the Market
Bosch Publisher, headquartered in Barcelona and with a wide distribution network in libraries, was founded in 1934. From its origin it is focused in the field of law, with special dedication to practical books for professionals, and contains some of the best-selling legal works of the Spanish market. Its catalogue includes more than 1.500 titles. The company has betted for new technologies developing a wide online library in the past few years ( with a publishing fund constantly updated.
