Wolters Kluwer thought leader to speak at Columbia Arbitration Day

Intellectual property experts to discuss where international arbitration and new global reality intersect.

Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory U.S. will have significant presence at Columbia Arbitration Day on Friday, March 2 at Columbia Law School. The event will focus on cutting-edge issues in both commercial and investment arbitration.

Wolters Kluwer contributor Dr. Patricia Nacimiento will speak on a panel entitled “The New York Convention: Unresolved Issues 60 Years On”. She has more than 20 years of experience as a disputes practitioner, and is currently an arbitration and disputes partner at Herbert Smith Freehills LLP.
