On 28 November 2025, the Single Resolution Board (SRB) announced its consultations and requests to the industry for 2025. The SRB remains committed to being a predictable and transparent institution, and publishing this list helps banks prepare for upcoming workload and efficiently allocate their workforce to SRB-related projects.
According to the SRB 2025 work programme, there will be a greater focus on bank-led testing, specifically on implementing resolution tools and transfer strategies.
The published list includes various types of consultations:
- Public (voluntary) consultations on policy topics that have a significant impact on banking activities.
- Regular data requests and deliverables that inform the assessment of a bank's resolvability and compliance with MREL requirements.
- Deliverables that depend on the bank's resolution strategy and risk profile.
- Requests related to the calculation of administrative and Single Resolution Fund (SRF) contributions.
