Today, Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting acquired Basecone, a Netherlands-based provider of digital document processing software for accountants and entrepreneurs. This acquisition expands and complements the existing range of Wolters Kluwer solutions in the field of advanced software solutions for accountants and financial professionals in SMEs in all Western European markets in which the company operates.
Basecone will be part of the European activities of Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting, a world leader in tax, accounting and audit services. Basecone is a complete SaaS (Software as a Service) based solution.
