Dr. Lambert serves as Clinical Program Manager for Compliance Solutions at Wolters Kluwer.
Over her 20-year career, Dr. Lambert has focused on health systems pharmacy clinical programs, operations, and technology implementation primarily in oncology and infusion services. These responsibilities included the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and education, as well as coordination of the remodel of multiple facilities to meet USP compliance standards across both acute and ambulatory care areas, as well as retail pharmacies and clinics. Dr. Lambert expanded on her experience by serving as a consultant for USP compliance to clients across the country. She is Board Certified in Sterile Compounding Pharmacy.
Dr. Lambert is passionate about medication safety for both employees and patients. She has been involved in legislation and presented on USP standards at multiple programs. She has also participated in NIOSH hazardous drug review and advocacy events on the safe handling of hazardous drugs. She enjoys partnering with leaders and colleagues to share best practices to support USP compounding compliance.
Dr. Lambert received her PharmD from Washington State University and completed a PGY1 residency in pharmacy practice at MultiCare Health System.
