The International Association of Commercial Administrators (IACA) drafts UCC forms that states may adopt, such as the UCC-1 financing statement, and UCC-3 financing statement amendment. Recently, at IACA’s annual conference, its members voted to adopt revisions to the UCC forms.
These changes are not official government recommendations; however, many states have confirmed they are adopting the new UCC forms. Implementation of the new forms varies by state.
