Our Strategy
Our strategic plan for 2022-2024 aims to deliver good organic growth and improvement in margins and returns, while advancing our sustainability performance. We expect group-wide product development spend to remain at approximately 10% of total revenues in 2022-2024. We expect to fund investments and restructuring with cost savings. While our strategy remains centered on organic growth, we may make selected acquisitions and non-core disposals to enhance our value and market positions. We aim to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and an engaged, talented, and diverse workforce, to maintain strong corporate governance and secure systems, and to drive efficient operations that meet environmentally-sound practices. Our priorities for the next three years are:
