Campaign meets the needs of staff for further self-development
Kluwer Training, which is part of Kluwer Belgium, is today launching a campaign which stimulates professionals to take control of their own learning development. Under the motto ‘Unfold your potential’, professionals are able to take an online learning test at www.uwpotentieel.be after which they are given tips to develop their potential further.
The fact that staff have a need to continue learning and unfold their talents was very apparent in the Kluwer Learning Indicator 2010. 2,964 employees, managers and executives as well as 1,365 HR and training managers took part in this survey. Almost 9 out of 10 of the employees surveyed (88.4%) stated that they are motivated to follow a career-based training course. Three quarters of employees (73.3%) were even prepared to take a course in their free time.
