Conference Provides Environment to Train with Real Data; Users See Demo of Forthcoming hCue Mobile App
CT Corporation, the highest quality provider of Corporate Business Compliance solutions, hosted its 5th Annual hCue User Conference from November 9-11th in New Orleans for nearly 90 attendees. Guests participated in one-on-one training clinics and learned best practices. CT Corporation is part of Wolters Kluwer Corporate Legal Services (CLS), the leader in legal compliance and performance management solutions.
hCue Entity Manager streamlines entity management, manages sensitive corporate documents, and automates related corporate transactions, compliance tracking and filing. The Annual hCue User Conference provides an environment for attendees to connect with peers and meet expert hCue team members and strategic partners. Users learn how to increase productivity of the tool and bring back learning experiences to the office.
“Prior to attending the conference, I was not using the Business License Manager program,” said Amy Bernardino, senior corporate paralegal, PennyMac. “But after attending a training clinic, I now see the benefits of the program and started to use it right away.”
The conference is broken down into training clinics and lab experiences. The training clinics are designed for attendees to work on their own entity data in a one-on-one session or in small groups with CT's hCue specialists. The unique setting allows users to see how the program impacts their work personally rather than trying to understand how a case study corresponds to their own situation. These types of training ensure that users are more engaged and walk away from the experience feeling confident and accomplished. This level of client commitment has led to hCue customer retention and recommendation.
Attendees can participate in basic or advanced training in subjects like security, reporting and document management. There are also special sessions to learn best practices in International entities and managing events. The conference is also an opportunity for CT Corporation to learn more about its client’s needs and tailor the program to meet their requests.
“Last year, tablet usage was a hot topic with users,” said Faiz Ahmed, vice president, sales & acquisition marketing, CLS Compliance & Governance. “In response, attendees witnessed a live demonstration of the hCue mobile application set to launch in first quarter 2012.”
