The Corporate HR Awards honor companies that demonstrate excellence in particular aspects of human capital management and use innovative HR strategies, aiming towards competitiveness, social responsibility, and welfare of their employees.
The theme of this first edition was
"Building and sustaining an agile workforce". The jury recognized Wolters Kluwer Belgium and 2 other companies for their ability to adapt quickly to changes and new trends, and to deal with unexpected opportunities. Having a highly flexible and responsive workforce is key to ensure the right people have the right skills to be assigned to the right roles at the right moment.
