Wolters Kluwer Announces Antonin Faury as Vice President of Business Development and M&A for Legal & Regulatory Solutions

Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory Solutions has appointed Antonin Faury Vice President of Business Development and M&A. In this position, Mr. Faury will support Wolters Kluwer’s strategy in serving legal and compliance professionals and lead the division’s portfolio management activities globally.

Faury AntoninA seasoned professional with over 17 years’ experience, Mr. Faury joins Wolters Kluwer from Henry Schein, where he served as Director of Corporate Business Development and led business expansion through a series of acquisitions and partnerships. Earlier in his career, he also held leadership positions at CA Technologies as Director of Corporate Development; at Lehman Brothers in its Investment Banking Division; and as a consultant for both Deloitte Consulting and KPMG Peat Marwick.
