Wolters Kluwer Extends Its Preferred Service Provider Relationship with the ICBA

Program Recognizes the Company’s Products, Including CASH Suite™, ComplianceOne® and HMDA Wiz®

Wolters Kluwer today announced it has extended its Preferred Service Provider relationship with the Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA). The relationship covers several Wolters Kluwer’s solutions, from the company’s paper deposit and loan documents to software products, including CASH Suite, ComplianceOne and HMDA Wiz. For more than 60 years, Wolters Kluwer has been helping community banks grow their business and comply with state and federal regulations.

ComplianceOne, a loan origination solution supporting lending and deposit workflows, helps community banks comply with the latest regulatory and new industry requirements, such as the upcoming data collection and retention standards required by the Uniform Closing Dataset (UCD) and Uniform Residential Loan Application (URLA).

HMDA Wiz helps lenders comply with the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) by providing the tools needed to import, collect and edit the data required to generate and submit HMDA required reports. HMDA Wiz is available as a standalone product or can be integrated seamlessly with ComplianceOne. The joint solution provides ComplianceOne users direct access to HMDA Wiz to record and report HMDA-required datasets.

CASH Suite, a commercial lending software solution, helps bankers increase profitability and top line revenue across their commercial loan portfolios. It includes nine integrated financial analysis and credit risk management modules that help reduce the complexity of evaluating commercial loan applications.
