Chief among these innovations is the integration of new content – spanning more than 25 practice areas – with Cheetah™, Wolters Kluwer's groundbreaking platform that has set the industry standard for legal research and workflow solutions. The company also recently introduced the next generation of Kluwer Arbitration, the world's leading research solution for international arbitration. Expanding Securities Offerings
As a market leader in transactional law, particularly in the areas of SEC research and filings preparations and mergers and acquisitions, Wolters Kluwer is now rolling out its newest securities offering, Transactional Law Suite for Securities, which will provide securities and M&A practitioners with an array of intuitive workflow tools.
Earlier this year, Wolters Kluwer introduced a new design and new features for its signature regulatory and SEC filings research and workflow solutions, RBsource® and RBsourceFilings®.
