Wolters Kluwer becomes exclusive content provider for Asian International Arbitration Journal

Strategic partnership with Singapore International Arbitration Centre is latest expansion of Wolters Kluwer’s market-leading portfolio of international arbitration content.

Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory U.S. announced that it is now the exclusive content provider for the Asian International Arbitration Journal. This strategic partnership with the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) provides Wolters Kluwer customers with access to one of the international arbitration industry’s most valuable sources of thought leadership.

Backed by a panel of distinguished industry advisors, the Asian International Arbitration Journal provides independent and reliable content on issues in international commercial arbitration in the Asia-Pacific region, including practical guidance on enforcing arbitration decisions and ensuring compliance, and notes on awards, legislation updates and industry news. Through its partnership with SIAC, Wolters Kluwer has exclusive rights over the digital and print versions of the journal, including back issues. Wolters Kluwer customers can access the journal digitally on KluwerArbitration.com.

This partnership is Wolters Kluwer’s latest move to expand its global portfolio of content for international commercial arbitration practitioners. This announcement follows the company’s recent strategic partnerships with the Asian Dispute Review; b-Arbitra, the Belgian Review of Arbitration; the International Commercial Arbitration Review, the Russian Arbitration Journal; and SchiedsVZ, the German Arbitration Journal.

“Our strategic partnerships are the result of our efforts to strengthen our market-leading portfolio of global resources and make them available to the arbitration community,” said David Bartolone, Vice President and General Manager of the International Group at Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory U.S. “We are pleased to partner with SIAC to bring a highly valuable journal to Wolters Kluwer’s customers and provide them with the tools to best serve their clients.”

“We look forward to working with Wolters Kluwer in further expanding the international outreach of the Asian International Arbitration Journal,” said Professor Lawrence Boo, General Editor of AIAJ. “Through this collaboration, we will be able to deepen our engagement with new audiences around the world and bring the journal to greater heights.”

“The Asian International Arbitration Journal aims to be the thought leader on issues in international commercial arbitration in the Asia-Pacific region,” said Gary Born, General Editor of AIAJ. “I am delighted to join Lawrence as General Co-Editor of the Journal and look forward to working closely with him on this meaningful initiative.”
