Share buyback transaction details July 25–July 29, 2019

Wolters Kluwer today reports that it has repurchased 63,597 of its own ordinary shares in the period from July 25, 2019, up to and including July 29, 2019, for €4.2 million and at an average share price of €66.29.

A third-party engagement to repurchase €75 million in shares starting May 9, 2019, up to and including July 29, 2019, has hereby been fulfilled.

These repurchases are part of the share buyback program announced on February 20, 2019, under which we intend to repurchase shares for up to €250 million during 2019.

The cumulative amounts repurchased to date under this program are as follows:
