Freddie Feldman, Voice Design Director, Will Discuss IVR’s Lessons for Voice & Health

The conference is being held August 5-6, 2019 at the Joseph B. Martin Conference Center at Harvard Medical School in Boston.
Feldman’s presentation will take a closer look at the evolving role of phone-based provider-patient communication in healthcare against the backdrop of voice assistants like Amazon’s Alexa, Apple’s Siri and Google’s Assistant.
