In 2020, he founded Coreus, a Talent Acquisition consultancy specialising in recruiting for business-critical roles in a highly competitive candidate market. David’s partners include UK chartered accounting, financial, and professional services providers, from small independent practices to Top 15 firms. He is a CIPD Advanced HR Level 7, a Licensed Career Coach certified in applying and interpreting Hogan Personality Assessments. David lives in South Downs near Brighton with his wife and three children, and he enjoys sports, especially football. He is also an owner of Lewes Football Club, the only club in the world that offers equal pay to both men and women.
