This yellow HUD case binder is used as part of HUD's new lender insurance program, whereby lenders will submit documents electronically. However, if HUD requires the review of a hard-copy file, HUD has requested that the review file be sent in a yellow case binder. It is the same text and construction as the standard HUD Case Binder (VMP-455), however the folder color will be yellow instead of manila.
