  • Can I share my event ticket with another person?
    No. Tickets are issued individually. Tickets are non-transferable between people.
  • When will I receive more information about the conference?
    You will receive general email updates as the event approaches.
  • How can I sign-up for breakout sessions?
    You will be able to build your own schedule directly from the CCH® Tagetik InTouch North America event App. This is scheduled to be launched prior to the September event.
  • Can you accommodate my dietary requirements?
    You will be able to include your dietary restrictions during the registration process.
  • What’s the weather like in Kentucky this time of year?
    Louisville at the end of September averages 57-80 degrees Fahrenheit; rain and wind are not uncommon.
  • What are the conference’s evening activities?
    You’re invited to our evening reception and an evening at the races! Stay tuned for more information regarding dress code and the conference theme. You can bet it will be fun.

    Guests cannot attend the sessions or evening reception/activities.

    Louisville is Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) in September.
  • I’d like to spend some additional time exploring Louisville, what other sites or attractions are there?
    Louisville, known as the "Gateway to the South", sits on the Ohio River along the Indiana border. Into architecture? Take a guided tour of the homes of George Rogers Clark or an early residence of Thomas Edison. Sports more your thing? There’s the Muhammed Ali Center Museum and of course the Kentucky Derby Museum. While you’ll get a taste of Louisville at Churchill Downs, there’s much more to explore when it comes to Louisville's food culture. The Big Four Bridge in Waterfront Park, offering sweeping views of the downtown skyline and Ohio River, is one of the city’s most famous tourist attractions.
