CCH Axcess Workflow™ – Consulting – Service Line Consulting
CCH Axcess™ Workflow Service Line Consulting is a series of consulting sessions to assist with Workflow site design and configuration. This service is essential for new firms implementing Workflow and for existing firms looking to expand utilization to additional service lines such as Tax, A&A, CAS, HR, or IT.

Objectives:
Consulting – Strategy Development: This session is designed to discuss points that will have a firm wide impact. Champions team members representing all service lines implementing should be present during this session to weigh in on firm wide decisions. During this session, you will learn about creating lists, user configuration requirements & rights, and options for client importing.
Consulting – Design Session: This session is designed at the unique service line level. Discussions will focus on task types, statuses, checklists, signoff mapping, and deliverable listings. The consultant will collaborate with you to design at least one workflow using templates needed for site configuration. You will learn more about how certain configurations tie to another, functionality related to status mapping, compliance related signoffs and checklists. Templates and best practices are shared with you to assist with documentation.
Consulting – Configuration Review and Data Gathering: This session will include a review of design submission, open discussion on questionable items, and observations from the consultant. You will have the opportunity to review the current configuration and conduct direct testing with consulting guidance. The conversation will then move to client specific configuration and the template requirements.
Consulting – Configuration Review and Training Planning: This session provides guidance on your specific configuration submission and any requests for moderate updates to the design based on beta testing results. The session will then pivot to training decisions, agenda design, and participants necessary.
