Prior to the Wolters Kluwer acquisition of LicenseLogix, Hans Howk served as the Director of the Knowledge Specialist Team, LicenseLogix’s research arm devoted to maintaining the company knowledgebase of business license regulations and filing processes across all industries. Hans provides internal support to key members of the Business Licensing Team, assisting with understanding industry nuances, searching and synthesizing statutes and regulations relating to business law, and liaising with licensing representatives and regulatory bodies at all levels of government.
Hans has devoted the majority of his career to legal research and technical content production. A contributing researcher on several published scholarly books, he joined LicenseLogix in 2014 and is excited to be a part of the CT family.
