Kate’s career with CT Corporation began in 2008. Over the years, Kate has worked with CT Corporation’s various customer bases from small businesses to Fortune 100 companies as well as law firms. Her time spent working with customers and their corporate activities laid the foundation of her knowledge of compliance activities. Kate has assisted companies with mergers, acquisitions, name changes, spin-offs, divestitures and the most complex of corporate restructures. Through these experiences, she has gained a wealth of knowledge on compliance issues and gaps to be aware of.
As a Compliance Business Consultant, Kate helps new and existing customers with their compliance needs. She helps to identify how CT Corporation resources can be utilized to streamline their internal workflows and best manage their compliance processes helping to minimize risk. She has used this knowledge to help outline best practices to share with our customers as well as improve our internal workflows in delivering these compliance tools.
Kate has a BA from Le Moyne College as well as an MS from the College of St. Rose. She is also a member of the Society for Corporate Governance.
