R. Jason Howard is a Writer/Analyst in the Securities group of Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory U.S. He has been with the company since 2013. He contributes regularly to Securities Regulation Daily, edits the Securities Transfer Guide and is a co-editor of both the Cybersecurity Policy Report and the Blue Sky Law Reporter. Prior to joining Wolters Kluwer, Jason attended law school at night and clerked full-time for several different law firms across multiple legal practice areas. He holds a J.D. from Widener University School of Law in addition to an MBA and a B.S. from Illinois State University.
