Lydia C. Duynstee, Esq. is a licensed attorney in California, known for her extensive expertise in the field of due diligence, particularly in relation to the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) and lien and court services.

She provides education and consultation to CT’s law firm and corporate clients, primarily on the west coast and in Texas. Her in-depth knowledge makes her a subject matter expert, and she is also actively involved in monitoring and teaching on various other corporate topics. As an advocate for the paralegal profession, Lydia is an adjunct professor at Coastline College where she teaches business organizations.

Lydia's bilingual proficiency in Spanish allows her to connect and educate a broader audience. She has a passion for travel and often visits Mexico and Holland, where her parents grew up, immersing herself in the cultures. She recently retired from 16 years of community service as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA).
