Wolters Kluwer published its agenda and convocation notice for the 2014 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM), which will take place on April 23. Agenda items include the proposal to appoint Ms. Rima Qureshi as member of the Supervisory Board, the proposal to distribute a cash dividend of €0,70 per ordinary share, and the proposal to appoint Deloitte Accountants BV as new external auditor as of the financial reporting year 2015.
