Abhishek Mittal is Vice President of Customer Information Management & Operational Excellence (CIOx) for Wolters Kluwer Financial & Corporate Compliance (FCC). FCC provides lending, regulatory and investment compliance solutions to financial institutions and legal entity compliance solutions to corporations, small businesses, and law firms.
Abhishek leads a team that combines voice of customer and analytics to identify customer trends, drive product development, sales, service, and operational excellence across all core processes within the division. He also manages the operational teams providing fulfillment, sales operations, and compliance services for the FCC division.
Abhishek has been a leader at Wolters Kluwer for over eleven years. His most recent role was Vice President of FCC Data Analytics and Operational Excellence, where he drove business transformation by improving core processes and building AI-powered expert solutions.
Prior to joining Wolters Kluwer, Abhishek held a variety of risk and information management roles at American Express that served the small business community.
Abhishek earned his master’s degree in Management from IIT Bombay. He has won industry awards for AI leadership and gained recognition through speaking engagements at leading conferences and membership to forums including the Gartner CDAO Governing Body and MIT CISR Data Board.
