Throughout his career, Jordan has placed a strong emphasis on improving patient care through shared decision-making and evidence-based treatment pathways. He has established services and led teams in primary care and worked in hospital pharmacy. Since joining Wolters Kluwer in 2022, Jordan has taken this experience to hospitals and providers, supporting them to improve patient care and clinician workflows across EMEA.
Jordan has had the opportunity to present solutions to Ministries of Health across the region and has participated in conferences such as the annual congress of the European Association of Hospital Pharmacists and the inaugural HLTH Europe. He is passionate about personalized medicine which has been touted for several years as the next step of pharmacotherapy. In addition to his work at Wolters Kluwer, Jordan provides clinical pharmacy support to acute admissions wards and emergency departments of Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust as a bank pharmacist.
