In setting up a new practice back in 2016, RCB Advisors Director Rajesh Chawla and team undertook an evaluation of various accounting software platforms to decide which would suit the needs of their new firm.

“We were looking for a secure and robust platform that provided all our needs including Practice Management, Accounting, Tax, with alignment to our cloud-based document management system we had selected for our firm etc. Our account management team was instrumental in helping us onboard and get off to a great start as well.”

Improving workflows and client communications

Over the years, RCB Advisors has adopted further CCH iFirm modules including Practice Manager, Client Accounting, Tax, Client Portal and Signatures.

“CCH iFirm has enabled us to better manage our workflow, tax compliance and documents. Our client communication also improved once we adopted the integrated CCH iFirm Client Portal and Signatures modules,” Rajesh said.

The firm has also been closely involved in beta programs and co-design initiatives to help enhance and evolve the products based on customer needs.
