Megan is the Managing Director of Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting Asia Pacific. Megan leads a regional team that delivers industry-leading cloud software and information solutions to a broad customer base spanning corporate tax, accounting, and legal segments.

Cathy Rowe is Senior Vice President and Segment Leader, US Professional Market of Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting North America. She leads the vision and strategy for the US Professional Tax & Accounting business, with a focus on delivering innovative, cloud-based solutions that increase customers’ productivity and profitability.

Dean Sonderegger is Senior Vice President and General Manager, Canada and Research & Learning of Wolters Kluwer Tax and Accounting North America. Sonderegger is responsible for accelerating the vision and strategy, with a particular focus on the rapid development of advanced digital products and services to enhance customers’ efficiencies and workflow.

Shannon Bond joined Wolters Kluwer in 2009. In 2016 her focus shifted to building out a formal government relations framework for North America, working closely with the IRS, federal and state agencies, key legislators, and congressional committees to ensure the voice of the tax preparation community is heard and our customers have a voice in regulatory changes. In 2019, she took on the role of Vice President of the tax preparation segment.
