With almost 20 years of experience at CT Corporation, Aileen has maintained many roles and responsibilities. As a top-producing Customer Specialist, she supported leading corporations and law firms to expand their business and maintain compliance. When Aileen joined the Compliance team, she led our national customer training efforts for our industry-leading transactional services and corporate governance solution, hCue. It is in this capacity that she became the ambassador of best practices and developed tailored trainings while supporting the entire hCue client base.
In her current role as the hCue Compliance Business Consultant she partners with organizations through developing custom needs-based evaluations of their current corporate governance processes. She focuses on offering recommendations to maximize efficiencies and expand enterprise-wide solutions that support domestic US and global business partners. Aileen has expanded the conversation around what benchmark corporate governance should look like and was impactful in developing online content.
Aileen received her bachelor’s degree in Marketing and International Business from Loyola University Chicago and is currently a member of Society for Corporate Governance.
