Her career focuses on advancing clinical workflows and novel pharmacy services to optimize patient outcomes and healthcare access through research initiatives, practice development, and multidisciplinary engagement.
After receiving her Doctor of Pharmacy from Wayne State University in 2009, Dr. German went on to complete a PGY1 residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Pharmacy and a PGY2 specialty residency in oncology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. She has also served as the Clinical Pharmacy Specialist in Hematology, Oncology, and Stem Cell Transplant at Henry Ford Health.
In her role at Wolters Kluwer, Dr. German is engaged in developing solutions to improve healthcare agility and team dynamics. She views effective and efficient information dissemination as key to reducing clinician burnout and improving satisfaction.
