Anna is a Customer Service Associate on CT Corporation's Entity Managed Services (EMS) Team. She is one of our core team members who help customers update and maintain their entity information in hCue to keep company data accurate.
Anna assists clients with hCue updates, pending updates, document uploads, custom reports, organizational charts, account administration, custom fields, and database analysis. In addition, and as part of an Entity Managed Services Subscription, Anna conducts an annual Secretary of State audit in all 50 states on all active U.S. entities stored in hCue. She compares the data in hCue to Secretary of State data, and she advises clients of any discrepancies. Her goal is to ensure client entity data kept within hCue kept is up-to-date and matches what is on the Secretary of State records, so her clients maintain compliance.
