As a Solution Engineer, Brian supports the company’s Health Language solutions by ensuring that solutions help customers with their challenges, as well as works with the Sales Team and clients to understand their needs.
Brian has worked in various roles over his almost 13 year tenure with Wolters Kluwer, currently supporting Health Language as a Solutions Engineer. Over the last 13 years he has helped support two of the five largest health plans navigate the transition from ICD-9 to ICD-10, and has supported numerous provider organizations and several large, academic institutions build out their data governance solutions.
One of Brian’s greatest professional rewards is knowing that he is making a difference in someone’s life through their health. The more complete and higher-quality patients’ records are when reviewed by physicians means better healthcare decisions can be made.
In his spare time, he enjoys working out, completing half Ironman’s, and hiking Colorado's "14er's" (mountains that have a summit above 14,000 ft) during the summertime months.
