Lydia is a Transactional Business Consultant for CT’s West Coast law firm and corporate clients. She helps develop strategies and solutions for corporate compliance issues arising in finance, M&A, real estate deals, and corporate reorganizations. She is a subject matter expert for the Uniform Commercial Code and lien and court services due diligence.
Lydia regularly provides continuing legal education (CLE) seminars and trainings for multi-national law firms and corporations. Lydia is a licensed California attorney and earned her J.D. from the Catholic University of America. Prior to joining CT, Lydia worked in several Southern California law firms focusing on real estate and finance law.
For the past decade, Lydia is active in the legal community as a pro bono court-appointed child advocate (CASA) for foster youth.
