Melissa Overgaard

Melissa is a Compliance Business Consultant at CT Corporation. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, she specializes in helping clients evaluate, implement and maximize their deployment of entity management solutions. With more than 14 years of tenure at CT Corporation, Melissa taps into her experience in working with some of the largest and most complex companies in the world to recommend solutions that work for companies of all sizes and industries. Melissa obtained her BS in Business Administration from Saint Mary's College of California. She is also a member of the Society of Corporate Secretary’s and Governance Professionals.
