Mike has been with CT Corporation for over eleven years. Previously, he held a number of important positions in service and management at CT, including Senior Manager of the New York service team, where he supervised day-to-day service operations and completion of high-profile transactions. In his current role, Mike is a Senior Client Relationship Manager on CT’s Deal Maker Team, specializing in mergers and acquisitions support, real estate transaction services, and secured lending & structured finance for law firms in the greater New York City area.
Mike is utilized on a daily basis as a single point of contact for any formations, amendments, mergers, dissolutions, document retrievals, UCC filings/searches, process agency appointments, legalizations, global transactional services and more, and is supported by a team with a combined 114 years of experience. Mike’s collaboration with his team not only allows him to get you the answer you need when you need it, but also guarantees you will never receive an out of office!
Mike received his B.A., summa cum laude, from Muhlenberg College and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
