Nina is responsible for assisting clients by tailoring the appropriate solutions to help corporations manage their corporate governance. She works closely with clients to understand the specific compliance requirements the client is trying to solve for.
Nina received her bachelor’s degree from Northeastern University, Boston, MA and is currently a member of Society for Corporate Governance.
