Thomas Nestor is executive vice president and CFO for Wolters Kluwer Financial & Corporate Compliance (FCC). FCC provides lending, regulatory and investment compliance solutions to financial institutions and legal entity compliance solutions to corporations, small businesses, and law firms.
Tom has overall responsibility for all financial aspects of the organization. Tom joined Wolters Kluwer in 2011, and he has held increasingly senior positions in finance, including EVP of Finance for FCC's predecessor division, Governance, Risk & Compliance. Tom has also served as CFO for Wolters Kluwer’s Global Business Services.
Prior to Wolters Kluwer, Tom held senior-level positions at American Express, including Vice President and lead financial officer for the U.S. Consumer Card Group. In addition to his experience with American Express, Tom has held senior positions with Philip Morris USA, Daimler-Benz North America and KPMG Peat Marwick.
He holds an MBA with an emphasis in Finance from New York University Leonard N. Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Scranton.
