Troy Ayala is a Compliance Business Consultant for CT. His responsibilities include research, delivering onsite training, and assessing CT customer workflow management for all transactions, including entity management.
Troy has served in a variety of roles since joining CT in 1996. As a UCC Customer Specialist, Troy worked closely with many large law firms and corporations, specializing in due diligence and large UCC filing projects. Troy has also been a national training consultant for CT, providing in-person training to customers regarding CT’s transactional services and electronic solutions.
In addition to his tenure with CT, Troy has worked as a corporate compliance paralegal at a number of large law firms, including Kirkland & Ellis and Gallagher Evelius & Jones. He holds a Paralegal Certificate, Associates Degree and BA in Criminal Justice from Long Island University: C.W. Post as well as a Masters in Education from Dowling College.
