An evolving software in the life of the law firm
I have been using Kleos since 2017 and updated to the latest generation of the software several months ago. Kleos Web is more intuitive and ergonomic, with a much more pleasant interface. Although the update may have seemed a bit complicated at first, the software meets my law firm’s expectations for convenience, security and efficiency.
I chose Kleos for the sake of added organisation and productivity. It’s easy to use, the subscription is tailored to the number of users, and the software is commitment-free and completely mobile. It is important to know that you can discontinue it whenever you want, so there’s that freedom. To be honest, once you’ve tested Kleos, inspired and trained your teams in its proper use, you won't want to go without it anymore. It saves all of us a considerable amount of time. Once we’ve mastered the tool, there’s really no limit to the things we can do. With it, we can carry out our professional activity with more peace of mind; the investment pays for itself.
Wide range of features
The document templates are devised and tailored with the needs of the law firm in mind. Once you spend a little time getting used to them, the process is very smooth. I can invoice billable hours, follow up on my invoicing in a single click, and there’s an option for monitoring any unpaid invoices. I can see how much revenue I’ve generated whenever I want – at a glance!
The new Kleos Next application is very convenient – it reminds us of appointments, even offline. The digital stamp you can use to create lists of documents is great. All we have to do is stamp them. It saves considerable amounts of time, and I won't go without it anymore.
In conclusion: Kleos perfectly meets my law firm’s expectations; the sales representative, Fabien Goullianne, is very responsive and reassuring, and the project manager is in full control.
