Simple set-up and implementation
Set up consists of three easy steps before you get started with training.
- First, confirm your firm information. Firm information flows into your CCH Axcess Tax software during installation, so make sure to double-check everything before continuing.
- Second, set up your Default Administrator. Once set up, the default administrator can convert and import return data from your previous system, add new users, configure e-filing, and more.
- The last step is registering for an account on our support site, support.cch.com. Once registered, you can access live support chat, self-service tools, the on-demand knowledge base and video library, and the user community.
Once you’ve finished set-up, visit the eLearning Portal to access informative training materials that will help you get started with CCH Axcess Tax.
