Atul Dubey

Atul Dubey is the Executive Vice President & General Manager of Wolters Kluwer’s Compliance Solutions business, a leading provider in the risk management and regulatory compliance solutions and services to U.S. banks, credit unions, insurers and securities firms. In this capacity, he is responsible for all aspects of the business, including driving sustainable growth, modernizing the technology, and improving the end-to-end experience for customers and key stakeholders.

Atul has held multiple roles in Wolters Kluwer, most recently as GM of the OneSumX Finance, Risk and Regulatory business, a leading provider in the governance, finance, risk and compliance technology space. Prior to that, he was GM of the Legal & Regulatory US business, driving growth through digital content & software leveraging GenAI. Additionally, he served as the Chief Strategy Officer focused on North America M&A, organic growth strategies, portfolio optimization, digital marketing transformation and the global innovation process.

Prior to joining Wolters Kluwer in 2016, Atul had a successful career in banking at Citigroup, where he had roles in Strategy for the institutional businesses and as the MD & COO of their global custody, clearing, and fund administration businesses. Prior to that he was in management consulting at Booz Allen, specializing in strategy, transformation, and operations for institutional banking clients in their Financial Services practice.

Atul has an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and a BS in Machine Tool Engineering from the University of Bombay. He is passionate about STEM and serves as a Trustee on the Board of the New York Hall of Science.
