The “Care Without Judgement” series earned bronze in the Web Awards category.
Wolters Kluwer, Health was named the winner of a Bronze Stevie® Award in the Web Awards category in the 18th Annual American Business Awards® for the Care Without Judgement video series, an exploration of how three practicing nurses take on the challenges of the nursing profession while balancing their calling as caregivers.
To raise awareness of the nursing profession’s global challenges, Wolters Kluwer developed, “Care Without Judgement," a video series that follows nurses at different stages of their careers. The videos convey their personal stories of navigating a changing profession, embracing whole-person care models and keeping pace with a changing healthcare system. The series includes a feature video and companion website, along with individual video stories highlighting each nurse, all exploring the changing profession of nursing and the role of nurse leaders.
“We are very proud of how ‘Care Without Judgement’ brings to life the stories of three dedicated nursing professionals and we are grateful we can share their perspectives on the nursing profession,” said Julie Stegman, VP, Nursing Segment, Wolters Kluwer, Health Learning, Research & Practice. “To receive a Bronze Stevie Award is even more rewarding as the global healthcare community celebrates the Year of the Nurse as designated by the World Health Organization. I’m proud of the team who worked tirelessly to produce the videos and the website showcasing the admirable work of these nurses.”
Judges of this year’s American Business Awards commented that the Care Without Judgement series was compelling and informative, providing insight into the nursing profession through both video storytelling and a well-designed, user-friendly site. Care Without Judgement was nominated in the Web Awards category for Health Products & Services. The American Business Awards are the U.S.’s premier business awards program. All American organizations are eligible to submit nominations – public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small.
