Wolters Kluwer InView wins prestigious International CODiE Award for Best Legal Solution

June 30, 2021 – InView, Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory's newest software solution in the Netherlands, has been named the Best Legal Solution of 2021 at the annual SIIA CODiE International Awards. The CODiE Awards recognize the most innovative business technology products around the world.

InView is a new information solution that combines substantive knowledge such as legislation, case law and publications by top experts with smart technology and thus quickly provides concrete answers and insights into a particular case.  With InView, legal professionals no longer have to search through countless documents for information. It is an intuitive solution that enables legal professionals to achieve better results for their clients in less time. Earlier this month, Wolters Kluwer launched a new module within InView: Case Analysis, a functionality that provides data and insights that lawyers can use to substantiate their decisions

Wolters Kluwer developed InView in close collaboration with hundreds of legal professionals to develop a solution that meets their needs in a changing industry. The increase in technology, changing client expectations and new business models are increasing the pressure on productivity for lawyers (see the new Wolters Kluwer Future Ready Lawyer Survey Report). Added to this is the continuous increase in information, including the recent announcement by the Council of the Judiciary in the Netherlands to publish three-quarters of judgments online. It is therefore increasingly relevant to be able to quickly process large amounts of information.

Best Legal Solution 2021

Awarding InView as Best Legal Solution, the expert CODiE jury recognized how InView can save law firms time and money, and that it is a significant improvement over traditional research. The jury was also impressed with the ability to quickly get to the heart of vast amounts of information.

Bas Kniphorst, Vice President and Managing Director Legal & Regulatory Benelux: “We are incredibly proud of this recognition as the most innovative solution in the industry. With InView we add real value for legal professionals through significant time savings, actionable insights and data. We are convinced that this is the future for the legal profession.”

Director Product Management, Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory Netherlands, Nicky van Dijk: “The amount of information is increasing and we play an important role for legal professionals to be able to process that information. We are working of the next legal domains and continue to work on new functionalities. Our ambition is for all legal professionals to experience the benefits of InView within their area of expertise.”

InView is being rolled out progressively across different jurisdictions. Labor law is now available, to be followed by Corporate law.
